After his duties as an inspector and vice chairman of audit board at the banks within TMSF and United Fund Bank until 2013, he worked in the positions of executive board member, audit group chair and board member. Meanwhile, he serves as a board member at companies and an academician.

Our mission of human resources is improving the profitability and growth of our company by increasing employee profitability and creating a qualified, motivated and highly committed workforce in accordance with the vision, mission and strategies of our company; improving human resources strategies and coordinating the application of human resources systems in all operations in accordance with the strategies of our company. In accordance with our human resources mission, our fundamental strategy is creating a workforce which is working in teams, constantly developing, happy, highly motivated and educated. It is run under the supervision of Human Resources Board of Directors.  

Human resources strategy of our company is prepared in accordance with our vision and mission, applied with the purpose of supporting our business plans and ran according to the fundamental policies below:

Selection and Recruitment

The main purpose of our company in the recruitment process is to place "the right person for the right job". In line with this purpose, the most important element aimed in the recruitment process is the good-fit of the job competencies of the candidates to be recruited for the open position criteria and to select the people who can be companions for many years on the way to success and to place them in the right positions.

Our postings during the recruitment process are published on human resources portals, which are our corporate solution partners. All applications are meticulously evaluated, candidates for the qualifications sought for open positions are determined and taken for interviews. In the interviews, besides personality tests, competency-based evaluations and skill tests can be made. After the interview, the most suitable personnel are determined by evaluating the personal criteria, training and experience, and the job positions are offered by Karsusan Inc.

Training/Orientation

After the right candidates are selected and both parties mutually agree during the recruitment process, the orientation training, which is as important as recruitment, begins. The purpose of the implementation of orientation training is to inform the recruited personnel about general information about the company and its history, organizational structure, business conditions, product-service and operation processes, employee-job fit and employee-company fit. The orientation process helps the recruited personnel to adapt to the workplace environment faster by adapting to the job and company faster.

Career Planning and Management

Our company applies the Career Planning System in order to keep motivation high, increase loyalty to the company and achieve permanent goals with cooperation. In this system; scoring is done periodically by evaluating the performances, achievements, target achievement rates and reward-punishment grades of the employees. Evaluations play an active role in the career planning and management of our employees.

Performance Management

Employee loyalty and long-term team friendship are two of the most important factors for our company. In line with this purpose, wage management and fringe benefits are regulated for employees, taking into account the competencies and qualifications required by each position.

Also in this regulation; the inflation rate is taken into account by evaluating the target-success percentage of the company and the target-performance of the individuals.

Personal Development and Motivation Management

Our company carries out the motivation processes meticulously in order to ensure that our employees work in a more comfortable, peaceful and belonging work environment and to improve their work performance. For this purpose, various events are organized where all employees will come together in order to socialize and share ideas; surveys are conducted at certain periods for gathering information about satisfaction, opinions and feedback of employees regarding the work and working environment; different development programs are implemented for our employees and all these processes are followed in order to increase motivation.
